OFFERINGS:
Yoga

Yoga, a moving mediation practice, originated almost 5,000 years ago in India and is now practiced worldwide by all walks of life to strengthen the body and quiet the mind. Each morning, we’ll begin with a group yoga class to get our blood flowing and open our minds and hearts to receive the day’s blessings.

Breathwork

Breathwork is a powerful, active meditation practice involving controlled breathing exercises to reduce stress and anxiety and improve both mental and physical health. Breathwork can shift our nervous system from the flight-or-fight response to a more calm and conscious state of being so you can live a full and present life.

Sound Healing

Sound healing is an ancient meditative practice that involves a variety of musical instruments that, when played, create healing vibrations and frequencies to release energetic blockages within a person to heal mind, body, and spirit.

Massage

Practiced by a licensed and professional Massage Therapist, massage can relieve pain, heal injuries of the soft muscle tissue and reduce stress and anxiety. In addition, massage can promote relaxation and produce an overall sense of wellbeing.

Meditation

In its many forms, Meditation is a practice to strengthen and train the awareness and attention of the mind. Some meditation requires you to focus on a singular thought or mantra, while other types of meditation aim to achieve an empty mind, void of any thoughts or feelings while tapping into the subconscious. Meditation is practiced worldwide in one form or another to reduce stress and anxiety and create a more balanced and calm state of being.

Reiki

The word “Reiki” comes from the Japanese words “rei,” meaning universal, and “ki,” meaning life energy. Reiki Therapy, as performed by a Reiki Master using soft touch and moving their hands above the body, transfers vital energy throughout the body to promote healing.

Ceremonies and rituals to open and close the day offer participants an opportunity to set intentions, find connections and share experiences.

We have several options for lodging to fit everyone’s needs. The difference in ticketing costs reflects the different types of accommodations. Most of our cabins have single Queen beds with futon couches either in the bedroom or in the living room (2, 3, 7, 8, 9, 11). Offering more privacy for guests traveling together, a few of our cabins have two bedrooms, each with its own Queen bed (1, 4, 10). The one-bedroom cabin cost includes one retreat ticket, and the two-bedroom cabins are priced to include two retreat tickets. Each cabin is equipped with a fully stocked kitchen and a bathroom with a shower.

Other options for “glamping” include staying in one of our vintage RVs or canvas tents,or bringing your own RV and staying in our FHU RV park. Our glamping options have either two twin beds or a queen bed and access to a private yet shared shower house and bathroom. Prefer to sleep under the stars? Pitch your tent in our campground, and you’ll also have access to the shower house and bathroom. A coin-operated laundromat is also available.
